Dr Ho is a Lecturer of the Department of Marketing, School of Business, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). He has over ten-year experience in top management positions of multi-national information technology company and restaurant chain. Dr Ho has considerable expertise in digital marketing and business transformation. In his Ph.D. research, he conceptualised the consumers’ virtual community behaviours. The research findings improve the understanding of virtual communities, which may serve as operational guidelines to practitioners, promoting member participation and allowing their virtual communities to achieve or sustain success. Dr Ho is an experienced teacher for bachelor and master levels. Since 2011, he has been teaching e-Marketing, Digital and Cyber Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Retail and Channel Management and has received the Teaching Excellence Award from the School of Business. Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member and Co-chairman of Junzi Corporation Survey. He is also an Executive Committee Member of Wu Jieh Yee Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, HSUHK.
