Dr Man is currently the Director of WUCIE, Associate Dean (Enterprise and Business Engagement) of School of Business, and an Associate Professor in Management in the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He has an extensive experience in both higher education and continuing education sectors. He has published extensively in the fields of entrepreneurship & small business management, business & management education, family business, and entrepreneurial learning and education. Apart from being an entrepreneurship and management educator, he has also had solid experience in developing new programmes from sub-degree to postgraduate levels to meet the needs of the society.
